Having been a company director for over 30 years, both in the UK and Australia, Gerald is currently concentrating on growing FCP’s presence throughout the Asia Pacific region. With a comprehensive background in recruiting, and consulting, focusing on technology, business transformation, SAP implementation and project management, Gerald is well known and highly regarded within many industries. An avid tennis player, and a lover of a good Guinness pie, Gerald will happily catch up over a coffee… or a pint.

A co-founder and Partner of FCP, Andrew brings a unique perspective to recruiting and consulting. Andrew’s ability to support clients through solution design, resource management and business development, has allowed Andrew to become a trusted contact within the industry. With over 20 years’ experience, Andrew has forged long term connections and built a knowledge base that many other recruiters and consultants would struggle to comprehend. With his pragmatic approach to recruitment and consulting, Peter has always been able to identify technology solutions, and match resources with requirements. Peter’s strength lies in liaising directly with managers, where he concentrates on delivering the best outcomes for both businesses and individuals. He is a trusted contact in the local market, known for his dog-eared determination to fill even the hardest requirements, which other recruiters would shy away from. Providing the support to the FCP team, Alayna’s the go to person for all things admin. Focusing on contractor engagement, payroll and invoicing, Alayna prides herself on knowing all the FCP contractors on a personal level; she strives to build strong relationships. Alayna will find any excuse to leave Perth and go camping – exploring WA’s country towns is one of her passions.

George is one of our senior consultants at Full Circle Partners. Having been with the company for multiple years now, George is well positioned to know the ins and outs of the Perth Market. George’s focus is more on the project space – project managers, business analysts, change managers. However, George is always up for a challenge, never shying away from a role. When not in the office, George is at the gym, beach or enjoying family time.
